About Us

Humungo Comics is a pop-culture retailer located in Pottstown, Pennsylvania. We were formed in 2003 to fill the need for a progressive, full-line comic & gaming shop in the Pottstown area.

We serve residents of Berks, Chester and Montgomery counties in eastern Pennsylvania.

Humungo Comics is a family-owned business, a rarity in these days of mega-corporations. This allows us to react quickly to the demands of our customers, and provide a range of unique and specialty items that are overlooked by the big-box retailers.

The surrounding community and the press have taken note of our store and unique atmosphere. An article that ran in the Pottstown, PA Mercury is a great example.

Our motto at Humungo Comics is to treat every customer fairly and with respect. We DO NOT take advantage of our customers by inflating the prices of "hot" or hard-to-find products. And we won't make false promises as to the long-term potential value of any of the products we sell. Simply put, we are in the entertainment business - the products we sell should judged on their entertainment value. Not as funding for your children's education, or your retirement!

Comics from all the leading and major independent publishers. We have over 200 different comics on display! And we love to talk comics! Come on in and spend some time with folks who really LOVE comics!

Graphic Novels are a great way to get back into the world of comics. Check out the hundreds of new and classic graphic novels we have in store!

Games & Gaming products such as Magic The Gathering, Yu-Gi-Oh!, Dungeons and Dragons, HeroClix, and more. We also carry a selection of classic board games, as well as new favorites.

Anime and Manga. Don't know what these are? Stop in and find out! Anime is sweeping the country, and Humungo Comics™ is your source for all the coolest titles! We also carry an excellent selection of all the latest manga titles!

Collectibles. We carry a large selection of collectible action figures, statues, and unique/cool items that are unavailable anywhere else!
